Hi! I’m Lauren Curtis, founder of Curtis Performance — where training goes beyond the workout.. My mission is to help you build strength, confidence, and lasting results through purposeful, personalized coaching that lasts beyond the gym. I believe fitness should be intentional, approachable, challenging, and empowering. Whether you’re brand new to the gym, chasing athletic performance, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin, I’ll guide you with a balance of challenge and support to leave you not just stronger, but more confident with what your body can do both inside and outside the gym.
Fitness is part of my lifestyle, not just my job. If I’m not training clients, I’m usually in the gym testing new workouts, out on a run, enjoying a walk with my dogs, or cooking something healthy and delicious.
